Welcome to WandrLust. We’re here to help you rediscover the world, preserve every adventure, and be inspired by nature. By accessing and using the WandrLust app or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using WandrLust, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions we may provide. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WandrLust. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Some app features may connect with third-party services (e.g., maps, social media, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party services.

8. Data Collection and Tracking

WandrLust may collect limited personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including geolocation data, device identifiers, and user-submitted content. We do not track users for advertising purposes. If tracking is added in future, users will be prompted for consent in accordance with Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the app (excluding user-generated content) is owned or licensed by Critterpedia Pty Ltd. You may not reuse, copy, or redistribute content without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

WandrLust is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be free from errors or security breaches.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use WandrLust, including data loss, connectivity issues, or third-party content.
